SKILL-RELATED COMPONENTS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS

Grade 3 students are working on Skill-Related Components of Physical Fitness this past few weeks. The components are; Agility, Balance, Coordination, Speed, Power, and Reaction Time. In this unit, students are able to practice and perform different activities like Hula Hoop Drill, Weave the Cones, Wall Ball, Soccer Tap, Sprints, Shuttle Run, Skip with Knee Lifts, Jump Up, Drop and Catch and Grab the Bean Bag.
