Striking with Implements: Short and Long Handle Paddle

Week 21-24: Grade 1 and Grade 2 students are working on Striking with Implements Unit. For this year, we will use short handle (Ping Pong rackets) for round-up activity, long handle paddle (Badminton and Bat with tee) for overhead strikes and side orientation. These activities will develop students’ hand-eye coordination, agility and muscular endurance.
