Grade 1: Passing and Dribbling Lesson


The Grade 1 students started the passing and dribbling lesson this week. They learned different passes (chest, bounce and overhead) that will develop their upper muscles as well as hand-eye coordination. The next few weeks, we will integrate these passing with dribbling skills, fun drills and games.
