TAS-ES PHYSICAL EDUCATION
TAS-ES Physical Education program encourages the learner to be physically literate individual that demonstrates competence in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns, demonstrates knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a healthy-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness, applies knowledge of concepts, principles, strategies and tactics related to movement and exhibits responsible personal and social behavior that respect self and others. PE is the place to improve your health, learn new skills, enjoy exciting sports, have fun, and build your school spirit!

Students and their families are encouraged to exercise daily with at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, stretching, and strength building, especially on days when students do not have PE classes.
