Week 5 and 6: P.E. (K)

These weeks were spent mastering the Locomotor Movements and Throwing and Catching. We added our knowledge about Locomotor Movements! We included leaping like a deer and jumping like a kangaroo. Then, students were introduced with the underhand throw activity, Tick, Tock, Step and Rock.

We’re boogie dancing to the ground! Look at these cuties wearing their pajamas!

Week 7 and 8: P.E. (K)

These weeks gave us tons of fun activities!

  1. COLORFUL SCARVES

This activity is the introduction of our new lesson: projecting and receiving small and large objects. Tossing the scarf into the air and catching on the right time will improve students’ eye-hand coordination and will also improve  their space awareness.20160923-200637.jpg

Here’s our video on our activity: Tick, Tock, Step and Rock.

2. PARACHUTE

This activity encourages cooperation and team building. Students must work together in our to succeed in parachute activities: mushroom, popcorn, volcano, wave, and camping.
